Approach to Teaching and Learning
At PVCS, we follow the Education Endowment Foundation's five specific approaches to teaching and learning or 'Five a Day'.
This approach is particularly well evidenced as having a positive impact on pupil progress. Our teachers have developed a repertoire of these strategies, which they use daily and flexibly in response to individual needs, using them as a starting point for classroom teaching for all pupils, including those with SEND.
