We are chefs!

Before the half term, Nursery looked at how to stay healthy and hygienic! They spent a long time learning about the importance of hand washing, teeth brushing and getting a good sleep. We also talked about healthy eating and drinking plenty of water. 

At the end of our learning, we decided to make some tasty sandwiches. The children read instructions and followed them so that they knew what to do. We made sure that they washed their hands first and they did a great job at spreading the butter. 

At the end of the day we got to eat them. The best bit!! Most of the children preferred the jam sandwiches but there were also some who loved the cheese.
