Motor Skills Monday

This week we started our Motor Skills Monday sessions in the afternoons. Motor Skills are very important to help children learn to hold a pencil and write.
This week we did 3 diferrent activities.
- Dough Disco - we exercised our hand muscles by squeezing the playdough along to music.
- Decorating poppies - we used our pinching fingers to pick up the jewels to decorate the poppies.
- Squiggle whilst you wiggle - We went outside to excercise our arm muscles with the streamers.
I wonder what we will do next week on Motor Skills Monday?
