Black History Month

This week the children have been learning about significant people in black history!

The children have learnt about the amazing work of Mary Seacole, Rosa Parks and Marcus Rashford. 

Within one of our lessons the children explored the different herbal remedies that Mary Seacole used to treat soliders who were unwell in the Crimean War!
