Summer Fayre - Saturday 7th July 2012 - 11:00am to 1:00pm

The Summer Fayre in 2011 raised a total of nearly £1,000, please come along and support us again this Summer. More details will be shown soon....

Mr Milligan our ICT Manager ran the London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April for The Kirsty Club to raise funds for Francis House Children's Hospice in Manchester. He raised a fantastic total of £2,050. Well Done Mr Milligan!

Year 3 & Year 4 Animation Project.

The Great Rochdale Canal Race - an animation created by Leaf Arts and the Year 3 & Year 4 children of Park View Community School inspired by the wildlife that lives along the Rochdale Canal in Miles Platting and Newton Heath.

It is presented by Canal Connections East Manchester, a Waterways Trust project funded by Natural England though its Access to Nature program.

The Piano - Year 5J Video Trailer

This term year 5 have been looking at film animation in literacy. We studied 'The Piano' by Aidan Gibbons. We then recreated the animation as our own class drama and filmed it. We hope you enjoy it.

Modern Foreign Language Club

The Modern Foreign Language Club won the Audio PResentation Award for their video about the Olympics in the Manchester Young Linguist Awards. They collected their award at the awards ceremony at the East Manchester Academy on Friday 23rd March 2012.
