Explore the curriculum your child will be learning throughout their journey at Park View Community School.

We want the children of Park View to be immersed in an exciting and engaging curriculum that is relevant to their lives and at the same time ensuring that they have a wider understanding of the world, of modern Britain and what it means to be a good  citizen in our rapidly changing global society. Using the National Curriculum as the basis for our curriculum content, reading, writing and maths is at the centre of our curriculum. The basic skills are taught on a daily basis and applied to and used in the wider curriculum of science, computing, design technology, humanities, PE and the arts.  We consider that spiritual, moral, social and cultural education and awareness and understanding of British Values to be extremely important and therefore ensure that these aspects are embedded across the curriculum as a whole.
