Science Week – Year 1

Don’t tip the ship!

With sea levels rising due to global warming, Year 1 made their own cargo ships. Cargo ships have been round for thousands of years and help with transporting goods around the world.

We made our own boats and investigated how much weight could be added to boats before they sink!

We then looked at different materials and sizes of boats to see if that would make a difference.
