Queen's Platinum Jubilee Day

Year 4 enjoyed the Queen's Platinum Jubilee day celebrations. The children were delighted to wear their red, white and blue own clothes. Everybody enjoyed a number of activities throughout the day, including making crowns and completing a royal quiz. At lunchtime there was a special Jubilee dinner  street party, eaten inside due to poor weather. This did not dampen anybody's spirits as the children happily lined up and collected their treats from the ice-cream van. It was a fantastic day for all and a great celebration of this momentous event.
