Celebration Assembly

We had our very first Celebration Assembly on Friday!! There were 5 certificates given out this week.
Behaviour - Our behaviour award this week went to a boy who struggled to settle into Nursery at first, but now shows amazing behaviour for learning. He is always keen to share his learning with his friends and adults and perseveres with tasks.
Work - This week our work award went to a boy who has been showing a keen interest in writing his numbers! He has been writing numbers everywhere!!
Friendship - In Nursery this week there was a boy who melted our hearts! He saw a friend crying on the carpet and sat next to her, stroking her back and telling her that her mummy would come soon. What a gentleman! We are so proud!
Ambition - The ambition award this week went to a boy who has been trying very hard this week to be independent.
Respect - All the children in Nursery are very respectful but our award this week went to a girl who has put in extra effort this week to be polite and always say please and thank you.
We look forward to seeing you next week for our assembly. Remember, you will get a message on Thursday afternoon if your child has a certificate. You need to have the school spider app installed to recieve this.
